Powerbank ZR-04 is used for rechargeable power supply for balances and scale accessories. It uses fa (more)st charging technology. It allows long operating time without recharging and, thanks to the “Low Power” function, powering devices with low power consumption. The ZR-04 powerbank is made of high-quality components that ensure reliable operation. A display indicating the state of charge enhances ergonomics. Powerbank ZR-04 meets airline standards, which means that it can be carried on board an airplane as hand luggage. The device can simultaneously power the balance/ scale and charge the internal battery. The average power time of the balance/ scale is, depending on the product series, from 8 to as much as 24 hours.

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. Ambient conditions can be monitored using: weighing instrument display website Windows OS application: THB Single or THB Multi Android application. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. Cooperation C32 weighing instruments cooperate with barcode scanners and printers, this feature is especially important for those operators who use the instruments for parts counting or any tasks requiring clear-cut identification of measured products. Communication Wide range of communication interfaces ensures easy integration of C32 instruments with external master IT systems and trouble-free data exchange. Application: Mass comparator AKM-2 series featuring automatic mass loader enables automatic determin (more)ation of mass deviations of a single weight in a single cycle. The system of automatic mass comparator is commonly applicable in mass measuring laboratories, and particularly in certification units for weights classes E, F and M. Design and functionality: The supervising part of a mass comparator is a digital module which cooperates with a controller of instrument’s mechanical components. The automatic mass loader features a basis with self-centring fields, a robot and a steel body. The digital module and the robot are located in mass comparator’s weighing chamber. The loading robot is controlled by the computer’s controller. The instrument is operated by means of digital display which is plugged to mass comparator’s controller. Lengthwise shift of the loading robot with weights is carried out automatically using solenoid actuators. Additional software functions enable loading and taking off the weights, data processing and storing, and data export to instrument’s memory.

An additional element for moisture analyzers that improves their functionality is a water vapour permeability determination set used in tanning industry for determining hygienic properties of leather. The HX7 H is a mechanical design combining into one a PUE HX7 terminal and a 4-load-cell platform, b (more)oth made of stainless steel.
