Ramp scale with stainless-steel load cells is intended for meat, fish, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and  (more)chemical industry. The scale is equipped with LD4N system allowing lifting the platform up, useful for maintenance purposes. The mechanism enables safe platform lifting and does not require physical exertion or additional equipment. Upon platform lowering, the scale is ready to carry out measurement. There is no need for recalibration. The scale is made of OH18N9 stainless steel and is equipped with PUE H315 indicator. On a customer request the scale can be made of steel of increased anti-corrosion resistance. The length of the cable for connecting the indicator to the platform - 3m. This robust design facilitates weighing of heavy loads in humid environment. The ramps enable easy loading and unloading. Indicator with a colour 7” graphic display and a diode bar graph allow to observe visualisation of a current load mass presented in relation to the scale range or declared minimum and maximum thresholds. This makes the operation significantly easier. At the back of the housing there are hermetic connectors of RS232, RS485, USB and Ethernet communication interfaces, plus digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems.
