Radwag RMCS System Network Management of Calibration Process-cover
Radwag RMCS System Network Management of Calibration Process

RMCS system is a proprietary RADWAG software intended for support of calibration and testing procedu (more)res in a laboratory, from the moment of accepting an order, through its progress to calibration certificate issuing. The software manages the complete calibration and testing process. Mass comparators and software for network management of calibration process provide improved efficiency, reliable measurement results and complete calibration process documentation, plus lower labour costs. The system enables to initiate the calibration procedure by means of a task order sent to a mass comparator, and autonomously by the mass comparator itself. In both cases, the data is transferred to the software for the purpose of registering, controlling and finally issuing a calibration certificate. Mass comparators linked in the RMCS system autonomously communicate with THB modules recording ambient conditions (temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure) throughout the whole control process. The modules are detachable from the mass comparators, this makes calibration of their sensors easy. Data on current ambient conditions is displayed in real time on mass comparator’s display. The data is also sent do RMCS software for control and archiving purposes. System modules: Ambient conditions monitoring module Installed, direct communicates with the mass comparator; Record of ambient conditions (temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure) and air density calculation; Constant monitoring of ambient conditions in direct vicinity of the mass comparator and its weighing chamber; Graphic presentation of ambient conditions on mass comparator’s display. Weighing module Automatic and/or manual mass comparators as components of the RMCS system; Access to reference weights and test weights databases via RMCS software; Performance of calibration tasks ordered via the RMCS software; Self-test procedure determining mass comparator’s repeatability parameter; Transfer of measurement results to the software memory. Calculating and data storage module Sending tasks to mass comparators; Downloading mass and ambient conditions data from mass comparators; Operation on client databases / tasks / standards; Monitoring of calibration dates; Database of completed calibrations, documentation printing and archiving. Functions Complete management of a metrology laboratory calibrating mass standards and weights using RADWAG mass comparators of Y series; Calibration using ABBA and ABA methods; Network supervision over many PC workstations thanks to use of MS SQL database; Complete management of calibration orders; Extended database of reference weights and test weights; Extended database of clients, operators and users; Database of manual and automatic mass comparators; Database of calibration orders; Management of pending tasks based on issued calibration orders; Tasks and orders schedule; Not ordered weight test – quick check; Manual or automatic calibration of weights; Communication with automatic RADWAG mass comparators; Bilateral data synchronization with RADWAG mass comparators; Calibration process reports; Issuing calibration certificates according to pre-defined template; Export of report results to various file formats: PDF, MS Word, Excel; Record of events; Register of orders and calibration certificates; Archive files of calibration protocols, orders, calibration certificates and ambient conditions; Secured access to the software – log in procedure using password.

Hirayama HICLAVE HVP-50 Floor-Standing Autoclave with Heat/Vacuum Drying, 50L, 120V

Hirayama HICLAVE HVP-50 Floor-Standing Autoclave with Heat/Vacuum Drying, 50L, 120V Chamber Volume 5 (more)0L Sterilization Temperature Range 105C to 135C Chamber Dimensions 11.8" x 28" (30 cm x 71 cm) Features - Space-saving design with lid opening upward. - Fully automatic drying cycle for solid loads uses heat and vacuum for faster and more efficient drying. - Lid safety interlock prevents lid opening when a cycle is in progress, the chamber is pressurized, or when the temperature exceeds 97°C. - Pre-vacuum cycle - vacuum pump removes air from the chamber when sterilizing solids such as glassware and pipette tips, thereby eliminating cold spots, and ensuring faster and more efficient sterilization. - One-touch lever to easily open and close chamber lid. - Liquid cycle for media and agar. - Process display shows the program progress selected and status of the sterilization cycle. - Cycle for wastes and glassware without drying. - Bacteria filter reduces re-contamination. - Door-closure sensor prevents a cycle from starting unless the door is closed properly. The HVP-50 Autoclave (with a 50-L chamber) is a self-contained, portable floor model mounted on casters. It occupies minimum floor space, operates at 120V, and can fit conveniently into many locations in the laboratory. Its many uses include the sterilization and drying of glassware, pipette tips, lab coats, wastes and also liquids such as agar and media. The HVP-50 can accommodate a 10-L fermenter, a 15-L carboy, a 19” x 24” biohazard bag, six 1-L flasks, twenty-one 500-mL bottles, 180 x 20-mm test tubes in two stacked baskets, or 270 x 13-mm tubes in three stacked baskets.INCLUDED: The Hirayama HICLAVE HVP-50 Floor-Standing Autoclave with Heat/Vacuum Drying, 50L, 120V includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Edwards XDS35iC Dry Scroll Pump

Edwards XDS35iC Dry Scroll Pump Ultimate Vacuum 1 x 10-2 mbar Inlet Connection NW40 Displacement 43  (more)m3h-1 / 25 ft3min-1 Features - High ultimate vacuum and rapid pumping speed ensure efficient operation across a wide range of laboratory and industrial applications - Quiet operation provides a comfortable working environment, reducing noise in sensitive areas - Features a pressurized oil system that lubricates pump shaft bearings and rotor sealing faces for reliable performance - Maintenance is simplified with an oil sight-glass for easy monitoring of oil levels and conditions at a glance - Facilitates easy oil changes with an oil drain plug that allows either gravity or pressure oil drainage for convenience - Compact, freestanding design allows flexible use without the need for additional support structures - Ideal for use with analytical instruments, leak detectors, helium research, and for backing turbomolecular pumps, showcasing its versatility Scroll pumps are an excellent alternative to rotary vane pumps where oil free pumping is desirable. The XDS pumps in particular use an innovative bearing shield to isolate the vacuum environment from all forms of lubricant not only making them totally dry, but also protecting the bearing from any process gases. Vapour handling is enabled by an adjustable gas ballast; this allows the range of pumps to satisfy many applications that were previously off limits to other scroll pumps. The Edwards XDS35iC features Chemraz internal valves and stainlesssteel fittings for extra protection from the pumped media. The ‘C’ series isbetter designed for more aggressive applications as opposed to the standardseries.
