Bruker Agena Bioscience  Sequenom MT Analyser & MassARRAY NanoDispenser This system was rem (more)oved from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. We have set the system up and everything powers up. The MassARRAY NanoDispenser has been run in standalone mode as it has its own PC built-in. We have the passwords for the software. We have had the unit home its dispenser, it appears to respond to all commands. After re-seating the Acqiris PCi card in the PC, we were able to start the Acqiris Live 2.4 program. Bruker Ultraflex TOF/TOF Mass Spectrometer This was removed from a university lab where it was surp (more)lus to requirements. The unit powers up but has not been tested further at our facility. The unit has some faults as confirmed by the lab On arrival system was in fault mode with 'laser interlock' error. Restarted the laser through marathon control and tested. The laser started to fire but then the high voltage switched off. Tested HV supplies and found that the ISS could only reach 19kv instead of the required 25kv. Suddenly the system started working again and peaks were seen on the sample BUT the system has 2 issues that are intermittent. 1. 30kv supply 2. Laser
