The Digital Instruments Signal Access Module III was sourced from a university laboratory as it was surplus to their requirements. Although the lab verified the unit's functionality during its last use, it has not been tested in our facility. The module is in decent cosmetic condition, with some marks attributed to previous use. The system includes 6 pairs of low voltage inputs to the nanoscope controller for data signals, 12 pairs for control signals, 6 pairs of high voltage outputs for piezo drive signals, 6 pairs of inputs to the sensor, 4 pairs of outputs from the sensor, 2 ports to the microscope controller, 1 port to the microscope, and 1 port to the sensor.
