Product Description
The Bio-Rad PowerPac Basic power supply is engineered for precise electrophoresis applications, offering constant voltage or current delivery. It maintains operation at the set constant parameter, with safeguards for other parameters. To protect the electrophoresis cell, it features automatic crossover to either constant current or constant voltage based on the first limit reached. Upon reaching the non-constant parameter's limit, the device adjusts, making it the new constant.
Specifications include an adjustable voltage range from 10 to 300 volts in 1-volt increments and a current range from 4 to 400 mA in 1 mA increments, with a power capacity of 75 W. The compact design measures 210 x 245 x 65 mm and weighs 1.1 kg, ideal for laboratory settings.
