Product Description
The PowerPac Basic power supply from Bio-Rad is engineered for delivering consistent voltage or current specifically for electrophoresis applications. It functions at the predetermined value for the constant parameter while allowing for upper and lower limits on other parameters. Crafted to safeguard the electrophoresis cell, this power supply features an automatic crossover mechanism that adjusts to constant current or constant voltage, depending on which limit is first reached. If the non-constant parameter reaches its preset limit, the power supply will switch, making this parameter the new constant.
- Output specifications include voltage adjustable from 10 to 300 volts, in 1-volt increments, and current adjustable from 4 to 400 mA, in 1 mA increments.
