Comparators are used to ensure consistency in mass measurements as well as to verify weights according to legal metrology requirements. RADWAG mass comparators have been recognized by calibration laboratories in many countries. The HRP 5Y.KO mass comparators consist of two elements: a professional weighing platform (modern design of an electromagnetic mechanism in a hermetic steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform is made of steel and features marks facilitating centric loading of mass standards. The comparator has a user-friendly menu. Data security and work results archiving are ensured by RADWAG terminal software.

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 1 mg to 5 kg for E1 class and lower. Mass comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator WAY 5Y.KO series similarly to other models, comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. The WAY 5Y.KO series comes standard with an aesthetic, large weighing chamber with glass anti-draft shield. All elements of the weighing chamber are manufactured from glass or metal to minimize the influence of electrostatic charges on weighing result. Mass comparator WAY 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user while operating the instrument.

Mass comparators of UMA 5 series stand for the highest standard of professional automatic mass compa (more)rators. They provide comparison of 1 mg – 5 g weights of E1 and lower classes. The device is equipped with 36 magazine positions allowing to deposit up to 36 weights. This solution allows to perform either comparison for complete set of weights carried out within one process or comparison for just a few weights of the same mass. Owing to elimination of human factor and with temperature changes and air drafts reduced to zero, UMA automatic mass comparators provide the highest possible measurement repeatability.

The case has been designed for safe transportation of the 5Y.PM scales. It is equipped with two hand (more)les for convenient carrying so that the device can be transported by two people at the same time (recommended). The interior of the case has been adapted to fit all device components, with this it can be carried without the risk of damage. The case is made of 6 mm thick plywood. It features reinforced corners, aluminium trim, and hard dark foam filling. The case comes as an accessory.

It is managed by a magnetic electric motor which transmits the rotation to a PTFE-coated stirrer in the tank. The agitator draws the water towards the center and then distributes it to the rest of the tank. The water circulation is activated via the main switch. Recommended accessories - Water level regulator. The water regulator located on the back of the bain-marie is used to maintain costant the set water level during water loss due to evaporation. Furthermore, it allows use at temperatures below ambient temperatures, with a minimum of approx. 3°C above tap water temperature.
