The HRP 5Y.KO series of mass comparators enables calibrating mass standards and weights in accordanc (more)e with OIML Recommendation (R-111) for class F2 and lower classes. Comparators are used to ensure consistency in mass measurements as well as to verify weights according to legal metrology requirements. RADWAG mass comparators have been recognized by calibration laboratories in many countries. The HRP 5Y.KO mass comparators consist of two elements: a professional weighing platform (modern design of an electromagnetic mechanism in a hermetic steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform is made of steel and features marks facilitating centric loading of mass standards. The comparator has a user-friendly menu. Data security and work results archiving are ensured by RADWAG terminal software.

Character communication protocol is designed for communication between RADWAG balance and external d (more)evice via RS232, Ethernet or Wi-Fi* interfaces. The protocol consists of commands sent from the external device to the balance and responses sent from the balance to the device. Responses are sent from the balance each time a command is received as a response to the command. The commands that make up the communication protocol allow you to obtain information about the status of the balance and ways to influence its operation, for example, they allow you to receive weighing results from the balance, control the display, etc.

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 1 mg to 200 g for F2 class and lower. The comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator XA 5Y.KO series comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. The comparator features an aesthetic, large weighing chamber and a glass draft shield in one. Its asset is an automatic door opening system. The XA 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user in instrument operation.

RADWAG-manufactured susceptometer enables carrying out measurements of magnetic susceptibility and m (more)agnetization of weights of E1 and lower classes in accordance with OIML R111. Modular design, upon disassembling respective module, enables using the susceptometer as a mass comparator or a balance. Compared to the previous model, the new one features option of internal adjustment and higher readability: [d] 0.1 μg for loads ranging from 2 g to 50 kg.

The new RMC.10000.5Y robotic mass comparator guarantees the utmost repeatability within 1 kg - 10 kg (more) range with the readability of 0,01 mg. Thanks to such an innovative combination it is possible to: eliminate air drafts and ground vibrations, maintain stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber, prolong life cycle of the robotic system, shorten duration of mass standard comparison, reduce noise. Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination RMCM-5 mass comparator facilitates a complete dissemination process. This is possible thanks to use of the intermediate mass standard magazine, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot. Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions The new RMC 10000.5Y mass comparator has been equipped with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in four locations, among many in the weighing chamber and mass standard magazine. Thermo-hygro-barometers are highly precise devices measuring pressure with the readability of 0.001 hPa, humidity of 0.01 %, and temperature of 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. Universal Magazine Insert Design Mass standard magazine features 10 positions. The RMC 10000.5Y enables comparison of weights of all shapes compliant with OIML recommendations, using just one universal insert. Remote, real-time preview of comparison process is possible thanks to a video camera. Transport Arm With use of the automatic mass comparator, the transport arm remains inactive in the course of comparison, this eliminates air drafts and vibrations, considerably shortens comparison, and reduces noise emission. The transport arm of the RMC 10000.5Y mass comparator is used only to transfer the mass standards, it is out of operation within the comparison process. Ejectable mass standards magazine For the user's convenience, the magazine slides out of the robot's footprint at the time of arming and allows weights to be applied very easily, then positions itself automatically when retracted. Optional Equipment Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software. The RMCS allows unrestricted monitoring of the comparison process.
