MA X7.IC.A moisture analyzers are hi-tech measuring instruments intended for quick determination of  (more)relative moisture content, dry mass content and other parameters in samples of different substances. MA.X7.IC.A series is equipped with innovative system: the drying chamber can be opened and closed automatically using button or proximity sensors. Moisture content is measured with the 0.01% accuracy (0.001 % for samples bigger than 1.5g). The maximum drying temperature is 160˚C (there is an optional moisture analyzer with 250˚C maximum temperature). An additional element for moisture analyzers that improves their functionality is a water vapour permeability determination set used in tanning industry for determining hygienic properties of leather. Databases: Information system of X7 series moisture analyzers is based on 8 databases, allowing many users to operate product database comprising many samples. Collected measurements may be subjected to subsequent analysis. Collected data is registered in 8 databases: Products (up to 5000 products) Users (up to 100 users) Packaging (up to 100 packagings) Customers (up to 1000 customers) Drying programs (up to 200 drying programs) Drying process reports (up to 5000 drying process reports) Ambient conditions (up to 10000 records) Weighings (up to 50000 records) The results The results obtained using the moisture analyzer (the final result of the drying process): % M – the mass loss in %; displays the mass change recorded during the drying process, expressed as a percentage, % D – the dry mass obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that remains on the weighing pan after the moisture has evaporated, % R – the ratio of moisture content to dry mass, obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that evaporated during the drying process, g – the sample mass after drying. Interfaces USB interface ensures quick transfer and copying of any results of your work (measurements, reports, databases) to a computer or other moisture analyzer. Remote access to the moisture analyzer allows for online data management. Cooperation with E2R allows for external data management which in turn increases the efficiency and results to the maximum.

MAS R is a device comprising electromagnetic MAS module of high resolution and R operation panel equ (more)ipped with an LCD. MAS R is known for its great adaptation possibilities both when speaking of its integration into a technological line and building it into a customer-owned device. Dedicated software Dedicated freeware, the R Panel, has been designed to enable control of the module via a computer. It provides access to all the keys and functions available directly from the operation panel, e.g. taring, zeroing, setup, etc. An innovative algorithm for automatic search of electromagnetic weighing modules is a guarantee for a remarkable ease of connection of a module to a computer. With R Panel software, the complete functionality of R series balances is available via PC . R Panel functionality has been implemented in RLab program as one of its numerous functions.

PS.R1 series balances represent a new standard of precision balances. They feature a new, readable L (more)CD display which allows a clearer presentation of the weighing result. Besides, the display has a new text information line allowing to show additional messages and data, e.g. product name or tare value. New PS.R1 balances like previously designed PS series balances, have pans in two possible dimensions: 128x128 mm or 195x195 mm. Balances with a smaller pan have a draft shield. They were equipped with the system of external mass adjustment. PS.R1 balances feature several communication interfaces: 2 x RS 232, type A USB, type B USB and optional Wireless Connection. The balance may cooperate with computer by means of USB interface supposing a supplementary software has been installed (respective driver). The said driver may be downloaded from RADWAG website – SOFTWARE link or SUPPORT section. The housing is made of plastic, and the pan is made of stainless steel. The balances have a possibility to weigh products out of the pan (under-pan weighing) - the load hangs under the pan. Databases in R Series Balances The information system is based on 5 databases, which allows for several users to work with several products databases, and the registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis. The data is registered in 5 databases: users (up to 10 users), products (up to 1000 products), weighments (up to 5000 weighments), tares (up to 100 tares), ALIBI memory (up to 100 000 weighments). . Quick access to information There is two directions data exchange within the system thanks to a quick USB interface. New balances allow to import and export databases using USB pen drives.
