Radwag WAY 1.5Y.KO Mass Comparator

The AGV-2/20 automatic comparator determines density and volume of mass standards of class E1 and lo (more)wer in accordance with OIML R111. It is characterized by the highest accuracy and measurement stability ranging between 1 kg to 20 kg. The comparator features specially designed feeder to load and unload the magazine with mass standards. The device is equipped with an additional circulator eliminating air bubbles and a top-class liquid temperature sensor of 0.001 ˚C accuracy. A weighing pan suspended on wires eliminates the eccentricity and minimizes the influence of liquid surface tension. Dedicated software enables to determine mass standards density and calculate uncertainty using A method according to OIML R111. It also allows to determine (verify) liquid density.

The anti-draft chamber is an optional accessory intended for WAY KO mass comparators working in unfa (more)vourable conditions (air-drafts). It is mounted on a table, inside the mass comparator is placed. The chamber features sliding top and side panes allowing free access to the weighing chamber of the mass comparator. All components of the anti-draft chamber are made of metal and glass with conductive coating eliminating influence of electrostatics on the weighing result.

Self-centering weighing pan of a floating nature is intended for HRP KO comparator. It is used inter (more)changeably with a standard weighing pan. The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the HRP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Additionally it helps to place eccentrically group of weights, total mass of which equals reference weight mass.

Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface.
