Application: Automatic mass comparator AK-4/2000 series is intended to automatic determination of we (more)ights mass deviations with operator’s activity limited to the minimum. The comparator enables determining deviations of three tested weights in a single cycle. AK-4/2000 is designed to compare weights from 200 g to 2 kg. The instrument is commonly applicable in mass measuring laboratories, and particularly in certification units for weights classes E and F. Design and functionality: The supervising part of the mass comparator is a digital module which cooperates with a controller of instrument’s mechanical components. The digital module and the automatic loader are located in mass comparator’s weighing chamber. The instrument is operated by means of digital display which is plugged to mass comparator’s controller. The supervising elements are not integrated with mass comparator’s mechanical parts, thus enabling separation of instrument’s weighing chamber from ambient conditions influence.

Mass comparators of UMA 1000 series stand for the highest standard of professional automatic mass co (more)mparators. They provide comparison of 100 g – 1000 g weights of E1 and 10 g - 1000 g weights of E2 and lower classes. The device is equipped with 18 magazine positions allowing to deposit up to 18 weights. This solution allows to perform either comparison for complete set of weights carried out within one process or comparison for just a few weights of the same mass. Owing to elimination of human factor and with temperature changes and air drafts reduced to zero, UMA automatic mass comparators provide the highest possible measurement repeatability.

RADWAG-manufactured susceptometer enables carrying out measurements of magnetic susceptibility and m (more)agnetization of weights of E1 and lower classes in accordance with OIML R111. Modular design, upon disassembling respective module, enables using the susceptometer as a mass comparator or a balance. Self-centering weighing pan of a floating nature is intended for APP KO comparator. It is used inter (more)changeably with a standard weighing pan. The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the APP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Additionally it helps to place eccentrically group of weights, total mass of which equals reference weight mass. The pan surface is covered with cork featuring marks that determine position of particular weights.

The RMCS Lite software is designed to operate RADWAG-manufactured mass comparators via a computer wo (more)rking in one and the same local network. The software allows for carrying out mass measurement in accordance with PN-EN 12341:2014 standard. Thermo-hygro-barometers are highly precise devices measuring pressure with the readability of 0.001 hPa, humidity of 0.01 %, and temperature of 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. Universal Magazine Insert Design Mass standard magazine features 36 positions. The RMC 1000.5 enables comparison of weights of all shapes compliant with OIML recommendations, using just one universal insert. Remote, real-time preview of comparison process is possible thanks to a video camera. Transport Arm With use of the automatic mass comparator, the transport arm remains inactive in the course of comparison, this eliminates air drafts and vibrations, considerably shortens comparison, and reduces noise emission. The transport arm of the RMC 1000.5 mass comparator is used only to transfer the mass standards, it is out of operation within the comparison process. Optional Equipment Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software.
