This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. RFID is a proximity (contactless) tag with a microprocessor (chip) and an antenna. Mass comparators of UMA 200 series stand for the highest standard of professional automatic mass com (more)parators. They provide comparison of 10 g – 200 g weights of E1 and lower classes. The device is equipped with 36 magazine positions allowing to deposit up to 36 weights. This solution allows to perform either comparison for complete set of weights carried out within one process or comparison for just a few weights of the same mass. Owing to elimination of human factor and with temperature changes and air drafts reduced to zero, UMA automatic mass comparators provide the highest possible measurement repeatability.

THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. Ambient conditions can be monitored using: weighing instrument display website Windows OS application: THB Single or THB Multi Android application. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination RMCM-5 mass comparator facilitates a complete dissemination process. This is possible thanks to use of the intermediate mass standard magazine, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot. Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions The RMCM-100 mass comparator comes standard with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in three locations. The characteristic feature of the RMCM-100 is high readability of pressure, 0.001 hPa, humidity, 0.01 %, and temperature, 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. A Mass Comparator and a Robotic Transport System in One Compact Device This combination results with: reduction of air drafts and vibrations from a robotic system in the course of comparison, minimised risk of human error, easier maintaining of stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber (thanks to a compact device dimensions). Optional Equipment Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software. The RMCS allows unrestricted monitoring of the comparison process. Remote, real-time preview of comparison process in real time is possible thanks to a video camera. Universal magazine insert shape Mass standard magazine features 120 positions. The RMCM-100 enables comparison of weights of all shapes compliant with OIML recommendations, using just one universal insert.
