Radwag RMC 20000.5Y Robotic Mass Comparator

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 5 kg to 20kg for E1 class and lower. Mass comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator APP 5Y.KO series comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. High measuring accuracy is guaranteed by semi-automatic adjustment system with external mass standard. The weighing pan made of aluminium is covered with cork layer and features centering holders for the weights. The APP 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user in instrument operation. Correct operation of the mass comparator requires applying a special anti-draft shield which comes standard with the instrument.

An additional anti-draft chamber dedicated for mass comparator APP.64.5Y.KO. It is intended for inst (more)ruments operating in unfavourable conditions (air movement, air gusts). The anti-draft chamber is installed on a weighing table, and a mass comparator is placed inside the chamber. The chamber features slidable side and top glass doors, thus ensuring free access to mass comparator’s weighing chamber. All components of the anti-draft chamber are made of metal and glass with conductive coating for eliminating influence of electrostatics on a measurement result.

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. THB W sensor is intended to measure temperature of liquid. THB W Temperature readout using THB W sen (more)sor is possible upon connecting the sensor directly to a computer or to the THBR Box ambient conditions recorder. THB W can be used e.g. on pipettes calibration workstation, to measure water temperature in gravimetric method, which is done in order to determine 'Z' coefficient in accordance with ISO 8655. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

RMCM-10 robotic mass comparator guarantees the utmost repeatability within 1 mg - 10 g range with th (more)e readability of 0.1 µg. Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination RMCM-5 mass comparator facilitates a complete dissemination process. This is possible thanks to use of the intermediate mass standard magazine, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot. Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions The RMCM-10 mass comparator comes standard with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in three locations. The characteristic feature of the RMCM-100 is high readability of pressure, 0.001 hPa, humidity, 0.01 %, and temperature, 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. A Mass Comparator and a Robotic Transport System in One Compact Device This combination results with: reduction of air drafts and vibrations from a robotic system in the course of comparison, minimised risk of human error, easier maintaining of stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber (thanks to a compact device dimensions). Optional Equipment Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software. The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22.
