The HRP 5Y.KO series of mass comparators enables calibrating mass standards and weights in accordanc (more)e with OIML Recommendation (R-111) for class F2 and lower classes. Comparators are used to ensure consistency in mass measurements as well as to verify weights according to legal metrology requirements. RADWAG mass comparators have been recognized by calibration laboratories in many countries. The HRP 5Y.KO mass comparators consist of two elements: a professional weighing platform (modern design of an electromagnetic mechanism in a hermetic steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform is made of steel and features marks facilitating centric loading of mass standards. The comparator can be equipped with a self-centring weighing pan (extra charge), which significantly minimises the influence of eccentricity during measurements. The self-centring weighing pan eliminates the error of placing the weight "out of pan centre". This solution also enables calibrating weights of different shapes and dimensions without the need to set the positioners for central loading of the mass standard each time. The comparator has a user-friendly menu. Data security and work results archiving are ensured by RADWAG terminal software.

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 5 kg to 20kg for E1 class and lower. Mass comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator APP 5Y.KO series comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. High measuring accuracy is guaranteed by semi-automatic adjustment system with external mass standard. The weighing pan made of aluminium is covered with cork layer and features centering holders for the weights. The APP 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user in instrument operation. Correct operation of the mass comparator requires applying a special anti-draft shield which comes standard with the instrument.

PT0455 Cable is used to connect the 5Y series balance or the PUE CY10 terminal to a RADWAG RTP print (more)er. Its standard length is 1,8m.

Mass comparators of UMA 100 series stand for the highest standard of professional automatic mass com (more)parators. They provide comparison of 1 g – 100 g weights of E1 and lower classes. The device is equipped with 36 magazine positions allowing to deposit up to 36 weights. This solution allows to perform either comparison for complete set of weights carried out within one process or comparison for just a few weights of the same mass. Owing to elimination of human factor and with temperature changes and air drafts reduced to zero, UMA automatic mass comparators provide the highest possible measurement repeatability.

INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. RADWAG-manufactured susceptometer enables carrying out measurements of magnetic susceptibility and m (more)agnetization of weights of E1 and lower classes in accordance with OIML R111. Modular design, upon disassembling respective module, enables using the susceptometer as a mass comparator or a balance. Compared to the previous model, the new one features option of internal adjustment and higher readability: [d] =1 μg for loads ranging from 2 g to 50 kg.
