Radwag HRP 2000.1.5Y.KO Mass Comparator

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 5 kg to 20kg for E1 class and lower. Mass comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator APP 5Y.KO series comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. High measuring accuracy is guaranteed by semi-automatic adjustment system with external mass standard. The weighing pan made of aluminium is covered with cork layer and features centering holders for the weights. The APP 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user in instrument operation. Correct operation of the mass comparator requires applying a special anti-draft shield which comes standard with the instrument.

An additional anti-draft chamber dedicated for mass comparators APP KO series. It is intended for in (more)struments operating in unfavourable conditions (air movement, air gusts). The anti-draft chamber is installed on a weighing table, and a mass comparator is placed inside the chamber. The chamber features slidable side and top glass doors, thus ensuring free access to mass comparator’s weighing chamber. All components of the anti-draft chamber are made of metal and glass with conductive coating for eliminating influence of electrostatics on a measurement result.

The AGV-8/1000 automatic comparator determines density and volume of mass standards of class E1 and  (more)lower in accordance with OIML R111. It is characterized by the highest accuracy and measurement stability ranging between 1g and 1kg. The AGV-8/1000 automatic comparator enables density determination to be carried out simultaneously for 7 mass standards using one reference weight. The comparator features specially designed feeder to load and unload the magazine with mass standards. The device is equipped with an additional circulator eliminating air bubbles and a top-class liquid temperature sensor of 0.001 ˚C accuracy. A weighing pan suspended on wires eliminates the eccentricity and minimizes the influence of liquid surface tension. Dedicated software enables to determine mass standards density and calculate uncertainty using A method according to OIML R111. It also allows to determine (verify) liquid density.

ZD421t (ZD4A042-30EM00EZ) - printer suitable for printing thermal and thermal transfer self-adhesive (more) labels. The maximum width of the media is 108 mm, with the maximum print on the width of 104 mm. As standard, it has a built-in movable label sensor. Printing takes place at speeds up to 152 mm / s, printing resolution 203 dpi. The printer is equipped with a USB port. The basic version of the printer does not include a dispenser and a cutter.

THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. Ambient conditions can be monitored using: weighing instrument display website Windows OS application: THB Single or THB Multi Android application. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

The new RMC 20000.5Y robotic mass comparator guarantees the utmost repeatability within 1 kg - 20 kg (more) range with the readability of 100 µg. Fully Automated Process of Robotic Comparison of Mass Standards Opening of the weighing chamber in the course of measurements generates air drafts and changes environmental conditions inside the chamber, this causes a great increase in dispersion. The new line of robotic mass comparators eliminates the above problem. It has been solved due to a combination of the robotic mass comparator features with the characteristics of the automatic machines. This innovative approach has improved comparison result repeatability by 100% in relation to standard solutions applied worldwide. A Robot and an Automatic Machine in One RMC 20000.5Y mass comparator combines features of robotic and automatic mass comparators. Thanks to such an innovative combination it is possible to: eliminate air drafts and ground vibrations, maintain stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber, prolong life cycle of the robotic system, shorten duration of mass standard comparison, reduce noise. Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination RMCM-5 mass comparator facilitates a complete dissemination process. This is possible thanks to use of the intermediate mass standard magazine, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot. Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions The new RMC 20000.5Y mass comparator has been equipped with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in four locations, among many in the weighing chamber and mass standard magazine. Thermo-hygro-barometers are highly precise devices measuring pressure with the readability of 0.001 hPa, humidity of 0.01 %, and temperature of 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. Universal Magazine Insert Design Mass standard magazine features 10 positions. The RMC 20000.5Y enables comparison of weights of all shapes compliant with OIML recommendations, using just one universal insert. Remote, real-time preview of comparison process is possible thanks to a video camera. Transport Arm With use of the automatic mass comparator, the transport arm remains inactive in the course of comparison, this eliminates air drafts and vibrations, considerably shortens comparison, and reduces noise emission. The transport arm of the RMC 20000.5Y mass comparator is used only to transfer the mass standards, it is out of operation within the comparison process. Ejectable mass standards magazine For the user's convenience, the magazine slides out of the robot's footprint at the time of arming and allows weights to be applied very easily, then positions itself automatically when retracted. Optional Equipment Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software. The RMCS allows unrestricted monitoring of the comparison process.
