Radwag AK-4.100.5Y Automatic Mass Comparators

The AGV-8/1000 automatic comparator determines density and volume of mass standards of class E1 and  (more)lower in accordance with OIML R111. It is characterized by the highest accuracy and measurement stability ranging between 1g and 1kg. The AGV-8/1000 automatic comparator enables density determination to be carried out simultaneously for 7 mass standards using one reference weight. The comparator features specially designed feeder to load and unload the magazine with mass standards. The device is equipped with an additional circulator eliminating air bubbles and a top-class liquid temperature sensor of 0.001 ˚C accuracy. A weighing pan suspended on wires eliminates the eccentricity and minimizes the influence of liquid surface tension. Dedicated software enables to determine mass standards density and calculate uncertainty using A method according to OIML R111. It also allows to determine (verify) liquid density.

The 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Module is a solution especially useful for those users who are obliged (more) to conform to provisions of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Part 4, Annex 11 regulations. These two documents determine the rules for using electronic records and signatures. Data protection is guaranteed by: advanced password settings, control of logging correctness, various permission levels, data management access, backup, electronic signature, time-defined automatic logout, modification record to Audit Trail file. The module includes "Audit Trail". Audit Trail is a kind of a log where all modifications of balance settings, changes in database records and user activity are recorded. The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 1 mg to 200 g for F2 class and lower. The comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. Modular design, upon disassembling respective module, enables using the susceptometer as a mass comparator or a balance.
