The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 5 kg to 20kg for E1 class and lower. Mass comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator APP 5Y.KO series comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. High measuring accuracy is guaranteed by semi-automatic adjustment system with external mass standard. The weighing pan made of aluminium is covered with cork layer and features centering holders for the weights. The APP 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user in instrument operation. Correct operation of the mass comparator requires applying a special anti-draft shield which comes standard with the instrument.

An additional anti-draft chamber dedicated for mass comparator APP.64.5Y.KO. It is intended for inst (more)ruments operating in unfavourable conditions (air movement, air gusts). The anti-draft chamber is installed on a weighing table, and a mass comparator is placed inside the chamber. The chamber features slidable side and top glass doors, thus ensuring free access to mass comparator’s weighing chamber. All components of the anti-draft chamber are made of metal and glass with conductive coating for eliminating influence of electrostatics on a measurement result.

The AGV-2/20 automatic comparator determines density and volume of mass standards of class E1 and lo (more)wer in accordance with OIML R111. It is characterized by the highest accuracy and measurement stability ranging between 1 kg to 20 kg. The comparator features specially designed feeder to load and unload the magazine with mass standards. The device is equipped with an additional circulator eliminating air bubbles and a top-class liquid temperature sensor of 0.001 ˚C accuracy. A weighing pan suspended on wires eliminates the eccentricity and minimizes the influence of liquid surface tension. Dedicated software enables to determine mass standards density and calculate uncertainty using A method according to OIML R111. It also allows to determine (verify) liquid density.

When the moisture analyzer reaches the set criterion, the measurement will automatically end. Manual mode You terminate the measurement yourself by pressing the STOP button. Time-defined mode The measurement ends after the set time has elapsed regardless of the result. You have up to 99 hours 59 minutes to manage! User-defined mode When you remove all volatiles from a sample, by definition, its mass should be constant. During drying, the dry mass of the sample is defined by a condition: if the mass of the sample is stable within 1 mg during the observation time (Auto 1-5), we consider that all volatile components have been removed from its structure.
