Description by the supplier

The DTP tablet presses benefit from the simple adjustment of all key parameters, low noise, and safe operation. They are compact machines that are light in weight for their class yet apply a hefty 50 kN of pressure to produce top quality, pharmaceutical grade tablets that are highly consistent in weight. Thanks to their feeder mechanisms, these tablet presses are extremely efficient in their use of raw materials.

The DTP 25 is capable of producing 3,600 per hour, with a maximum diameter of 25 mm.

Designed for pressing dry powders and granular material into tablets, these tablet pressing machines are widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, foodstuff and other industries, and represent a cost effective solution for any application that requires moderate quantities of high quality tablets.

Unused device. Original packaging. 6 months warranty. Aquatron® units have fully automatic operation (more) direct from a potable water supply - alternatively, an optional water feed conversion kit enables connection to any pre-treated water source. The distillate storage Level control switch fits any collection reservoir. A double coil condenser and boiler system combined with a VYCOR® silica glass sheathed heating element provides exceptionally high quality pyrogen-free distillate (although distillate should be tested). These stills can also be used with the filter and deionisation units for which the water feed conversion kit (Cat. No. 171-1210) is required. Fully automatic operation May be connected to a potable or pre-treated (conversion kit required) water supply Operates with low quality or low pressure water source Automatic cut-out for water supply failure BioCote® antimicrobial protection pH, conductivity and resistivity are affected by temperature and the presence of absorbed carbon dioxide. Specifications are based on tests conducted at 20 °C with CO₂-free water. Care is needed to obtain pyrogen-free water and the distillate must be tested before use. Technichal Specifications: - Destillation: Double - Output: 4 l/h H2O bidest. - pH: 5,0 to 6,5 - Temperature: 25 to 35 °C - Power: 6 kW - Dimensions (WxDxH): 550 x 240 x 410 mm - Weight: 30 kg - Water input: 2 l/min All Stuart® water stills are classified as ‘Permanently Connected Equipment’ and should be connected to the electricity supply by a qualified electrician in the manner described in the user manual. Radwag HX7.4.3000.H9/Z Multifunctional Stainless Steel Platform Scale, pit version-cover
Radwag HX7.4.3000.H9/Z Multifunctional Stainless Steel Platform Scale, pit version

The HX7.4 H/Z scale is a device constructed on the basis of a PUE HX7 terminal and a ground-embedded (more) 4-load-cell platform, both manufactured using the AISI 304 stainless steel. The device's high protection class, IP66 / IP68, makes it suitable for use in industry. HX7.4 H/Z Comfort of operation is guaranteed thanks to a clear-cut menu, and a colour display featuring a 9-diode bar graph blinking red and green when signalling current net mass of a load in reference to the scale range or declared min and max thresholds. Housing back is equipped with hermetic communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at your disposal there are also digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. The terminal's system of information is based on databases: users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers, ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety. The frame for recessing (foundation) is part of the set – you will receive it with the ordered scale.
