- Pressure Rating: Vacuum to 20 PSIG forward and reverse
- Actuation Pressure: Compact actuator requires 20-120 PSIG air operating pressure (AOP)
- Temperature Range:
- Ambient: -60°F to 212°F
- Fluid: -60°F to 400°F
- Flow Rate: 0.08 Cv
- Materials: Modified PTFE, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, nitrile
- Fitting Type: Flared connection
- Application: Optimized for low flow and small dose injection in ultra-high purity (UHP) and aggressive fluid environments
