Dionex ED50 Electrochemical Detector and LC25 Chromatography Oven System
Product Description
The Dionex ED50 Electrochemical Detector measures current from applied potential across electrodes in flow-through cells, supporting three detection modes:
- Conductivity: 0.01 µS to 3000 µS full-scale range, with temperature compensation of 0.0 to 3.0% per ºC
- DC Amperometry: 50 pA to 300 µA current range, cell drive ±2.04 V
- Integrated Amperometry: 50 pC to 200 µC charge range, cell drive ±2.04 V
The detector uses a variable 8 kHz square wave for conductivity measurements.
The Dionex LC25 Chromatography Oven provides a controlled temperature environment (30 to 45 °C, adjustable in 1 °C increments) for Dionex IC20 Ion Chromatograph or DX 500 systems. Temperature is set via the ED50 front panel.
The LC25 includes an automated, electrically-actuated Rheodyne PEEK injection valve. Additional chromatography components that may be present depending on application include:
- Analytical column
- Guard column
- Self-Regenerating Suppressor (SRS)
- Conductivity cell
- Amperometry cell
