Functionality

The series offers an extensive range of applications such as Weighing, Piece Counting, Percent Weighing, Check Weighing, Animal/Dynamic Weighing, Filling, Totalization/Statistics, Formulation, Differential Weighing, Density Determination, Peak Hold, Ingredient Costing, Pipette Adjustment, SQC, and Statistics.


Display

Included is a 5.7'' (145 mm) color VGA graphic touchscreen display, featuring adjustable brightness according to user preference.


Operation

The balances is powered via an AC adapter, which is included upon purchase.


Communication

They are equipped with RS232 and USB interfaces (included), with the option of adding a second RS232/Ethernet interface (sold separately). They provide GLP/GMP data output with a real-time clock function.


Build

Constructed with a solid metal base and ABS top housing, the balances also feature a stainless steel deck, a front illuminated level indicator, a weigh below hook, a safety bracket, a calibration lock, and four touchless sensors. A usage cover is also included for protection.


Special Features

Among the unique features of the balance are selectable environment filters, auto tare, user-selectable range calibration points, software lock and reset menu, user-selectable communication settings and data print options, user-definable project and user ID, automatic standby function, and compatibility with up to 14 operating languages.

INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams.
