The DT61PW Control Panel for the Defender 6000 Hybrid
The user-friendly control panel is facilitated by five efficient buttons and a vibrant and larger LCD screen. The panel comes with an optional infrared communication kit ensuring a wireless connection without necessitating opening the box. With storage for up to 1000 weighing records, traceability is enhanced on any PC or network. The PW models utilize standard D-cell batteries, lasting up to 1600 hours.

This panel showcases a bar matrix display, a cutproof keyboard with dedicated keys for quick product alterations, and a touchless sensor. It avails several connectivity alternatives such as the standard RS232 and an in-built USB host. Optional enhancements include RS232/RS485/USB, an analog output, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, Ethernet, and discrete I/O with relay. The XWE models operate on standard mains power supply, with optional support from an external USB power bank (can last up to 55 hours with a 20000mAh power bank).

Weighing: Enabling accurate determination of item weight in the selected unit measure. Parts Counting: Efficiently counting uniformly weighted items. Advanced software enhances the calculated average weight as total weight multiplies.
Checkweighing /Checkcounting: Weighing and counting items in comparison to set limits. The bar matrix or three-color light display provides luminous and explicit weight indicators.
Percent Weighing: The scale presents the weight of an item as a proportion of a predetermined reference weight.
Dynamic Weighing and Display Hold: The feature adjusts weights over time for items affected by vibrations or other interference. The Display Hold element manually or automatically secures the last consistent weight of any item on the display.
Exclusive to the i-D61XWE Models:
Filling: Supplies target weight containers with an explicit three-color bar matrix displaying filling status. Can be synchronized with the Discrete I/O option kit for auto-filling systems.
These models also offer Library and User Management features, which allow up to 300 library items to be shared within different weighing modes, alongside storing up to 100 users IDs for secure access and traceability.
Durability and Functionality
The durable Defender 6000 scale is fitted with a sturdy 316 stainless steel platform and frame, combined with a high-tech weather-resistant indicator fitted with IP68/IP69K ratings and a hermetically sealed load cell. It further boasts a cut-resistant front panel.
The scale endures various hazards, from food to chemical splashes, and is robustly built to withstand high-pressure washing.
Additional Features: Overload protection of up to 150%, password secured menus, menu and key lock, stability and overload/underload indicators, and a low battery-level indicator (exclusive to i-DT61PW models). A dedicated target key enables the quick configuration of over/under weights, accelerates line changes and simplifies data printing templates.
