This unit was removed from a lab as surplus to requirements. At our site, we tested it and it ran up (more) to 14,000 rpm smoothly. We have not tested the unit any further.

This Thermo IEC Scientific French Press Model FA-078AE was removed from a university lab where it wa (more)s surplus to requirements. The unit powers up but it has not been tested further. The ratio selector control knob is missing. It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has some surface rust and some marks from use.
