The H315/4N series is manufactured in complete stainless steel technology with stainless steel indicator PUE H315 series installed on a long cable. Ramp scales is manufactured from OH18N9 stainless steel with IP 68. On special order, it is possible to manufacture ramp scales in upgraded anti-corrosion stainless steel version. Scales is available in dual range version on surcharge.

Ramp scale with stainless-steel load cells is intended for meat, fish, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and  (more)chemical industry. The scale is equipped with LD4N system allowing lifting the platform up, useful for maintenance purposes. The mechanism enables safe platform lifting and does not require physical exertion or additional equipment. Upon platform lowering, the scale is ready to carry out measurement. There is no need for recalibration. The scale is made of OH18N9 stainless steel and is equipped with PUE H315 indicator. On a customer request the scale can be made of steel of increased anti-corrosion resistance. The length of the cable for connecting the indicator to the platform - 3m. This robust design facilitates weighing of heavy loads in humid environment. The ramps enable easy loading and unloading. Indicator with a colour 7” graphic display and a diode bar graph allow to observe visualisation of a current load mass presented in relation to the scale range or declared minimum and maximum thresholds. This makes the operation significantly easier. At the back of the housing there are hermetic connectors of RS232, RS485, USB and Ethernet communication interfaces, plus digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Indicator’s system of information is based on databases (users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers) and ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety.

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs.
