Character communication protocol is designed for communication between RADWAG balance and external d (more)evice via RS232, Ethernet or Wi-Fi* interfaces. The protocol consists of commands sent from the external device to the balance and responses sent from the balance to the device. Responses are sent from the balance each time a command is received as a response to the command. The commands that make up the communication protocol allow you to obtain information about the status of the balance and ways to influence its operation, for example, they allow you to receive weighing results from the balance, control the display, etc.

With use of IM01.EX communication module it is possible to expand communication interfaces range of  (more)the HX5.EX indicator. The module is installed outside the hazardous area, and connected to the indicator using intrinsically safe interface. IM01.EX allows to establish communication between the scale and various accessories, e.g. barcode scanners, printers, displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, buzzers and other controlling/signalling devices. It also enables connection with systems of automatic adjustment and control of industrial processes, and with superior IT systems. IM01.EX-1 interfaces: 2 x RS232, USB, 4 IN, 4 OUT (digital), Ethernet.

Water bath from 25°C to 99.9°C for the laboratory The shaking water baths of the LAUDA Hydro series  (more)stir laboratory samples with linear or orbital motion, depending on the model. They are reliable instruments, ideal for any laboratory application, be it biological, medical or biochemical, guaranteeing a homogeneous distribution of the temperature. The integrated speed controller enables a load-independent, continuously adjustable stirring movement with soft start. The H 20 SW and H 20 SOW shaking water baths are equipped with a cooling coil as standard. The temperature range can be extended to a minimum of +10°C by connecting them to the domestic water supply or commercially available circulating chillers. Waterproof platform scales H315/HR series is designed for operation in locations with high humidity  (more)or direct contact with water. The scales is easily used in areas with no access to power supply from mains, as it features an internal rechargeable accumulator. Design Single load cell stainless steel platform scales H315 HR series is based on a terminal PUE H315 series. The terminal features large backlit LCD display and function buttons for easy operation. The terminal is installed on a pillar for easy readout of measurement result. Optionally, the scales is offered with indicator installed on a cable for mounting it on a wall. The weighing platform structure is made of stainless steel class AISI 316 with a stainless steel load cell providing the highest IP rating of 68. The scales features RS 232 interface, and optionally an additional display socket. The scales is powered from mains or internal rechargeable accumulator. Optionally, the scales can be powered from mains - 110/120VAC 60Hz (non-standard factory option).

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not. The frame for recessing (foundation) is part of the set – you will receive it with the ordered scale.
