The registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis. The data is registered in 7 databases: Users (up to 100 users), Products (up to 5 000 products), Weighments (up to 50 000 weighments), Packaging (up to 100 packaging types), Formulas (up to 100 formulas), Clients (up to 1000 clients), ALIBI memory (up to 512 000 weighments). The X7 series features option of making reports on formulas (up to 500 reports). MY11 pipette calibration adapter enables calibration and/or verification of piston pipettes by means (more) of a gravimetric method using the MYA microbalance. Set content: weighing pan weighing vessel evaporation ring glass chamber with an opening for dosing Vessel capacity: 11 ml Evaporation ring is an integral part of the adapter that increases relative humidity inside the weighing chamber. With this evaporation of the liquid during calibration/verification is stopped. An integrated weighing pan enables centric loading of the vessel in the weighing chamber. The weighing pan and the vessel are housed in a glass chamber featuring an opening allowing the user to dispense liquid through it, and reducing air drafts. Adapters for Pipettes Calibration Pipette calibration adapters are intended for calibration and verification of piston pipettes using gravimetric method. Use of the pipette calibration adapter reduces maximum capacity of the balance by the mass of the weighing vessel. The table below, which presents the minimum requirements in accordance with ISO 8655-6:2022 standard, enables to select suitable adapter for pipette calibration and respective balance version. Benchmark D1000 Homogenizer with 5mm and 7mm Generators Benchmark’s new handheld homogenizer, the D1 (more)000, is designed to rapidly homogenize, emulsify, suspend and disrupt biological samples. Ideal for use with microtubes, the homogenizer works well with samples from 0.1ml to 250ml (depending upon the generator probe used). The D1000 is a rotor stator homogenizer, and works by drawing the sample, in liquid, into the generator probe with the variable speed rotor, and then forcing it out through the slots in the stator. This achieves mechanical shearing of the sample. As the sample is repeatedly drawn up and forced through the stator, additional shearing takes place. Most samples are completely homogenized in 30 seconds are less. A powerful, 130W motor drives the rotor at speeds from 8,500 to 30,000 rpm. Speed is adjustable in six steps to meet sample processing needs. A separate on/off switch allows the homogenizer to be left at the appropriate setting. Generator probes are available in four sizes. The 5mm and 7mm diameter have a 50mm length for use with samples in microbtubes. The 10mm x 115mm is ideal for use with 15 and 50ml tubes and 14mm x 130 mm, for 50ml tubes and vessels up to 250ml. The unit is supplied with one each of the 5mm and 7mm generator probes. All the generator probes are made of stainless steel and can be sterilized by autoclaving.
