Description by the supplier

The high resolution MPS module operates on the basis of electromagnetic force converter. The device may be easily integrated into existing system owned by the customer. Compact design and integrated electronics provide various possibilities of MAS module adaptation into technological lines and installation inside laboratory equipment or devices. Measurements can be carried out using either weighing pan or under-pan weighing system, i.e. solution enabling the load to be suspended beneath the module.


By cause of high measurement accuracy, it is recommended to install the module inside customer's device (e.g. in a draft shield) in order to reduce the influence of ambient conditions on the measurement result.

The MPS module comes standard with a dedicated power supply.

It provides access to all the keys and functions available directly from the operation panel, e.g. taring, zeroing, setup, etc. Innovative algorithm for automatic search of electromagnetic weighing modules facilitates connection to a computer.


R Panel software makes complete functionality of the R series balances available via the PC.

R Panel functionality has been implemented in RLab program as one of its numerous functions.

The 4titude a4S Automatic Heat Sealer requires no air supply, enabling the flexibility to be used on (more) standard lab benches as a stand-alone unit, or integrated within a robotic set up. The unit features a rapid heating element for quick start-up, and the stand-by function saves energy when the unit is not in use. The 4titude a4S Automatic Heat Sealer is compatible with a wide range of SBS footprint plates, including all PCR plate formats from 96 well to 1536 well, assay plates, deep well storage plates and microplates. Varying plate heights, from 3 mm to 60 mm can be accommodated with minimal adjustments of the instrument. Plates are presented in the portrait format and the plate position on the shuttle allows good access for robotic integration. Rolls with a width of between 75-85 mm can be loaded in either of two roll positions, depending on roll length and available space, enabling the 4titude a4S Automatic Heat Sealer to fit under the gantree of most liquid handling robots. The width and length of the applied seals are set to precisely cover an SBS footprint plate without interfering with plate stacking.
