It was tested using an in-house power cable (power supply not included). The system powers up, with multiple fans running and front indicator lights illuminating. The amber/yellow light flashes at the end of the startup sequence, which may indicate the absence of a connection to a control PC, but we could not verify this due to the lack of a user manual.

The system boots up but shows errors in relation to a smrt link server. There was no smrt link server on the client's network which is what caused this issue.
