Dostmann's Professional ScanTemp 490 Infrared Thermometer utilizes advanced technology to acquire surface temperatures of various materials precisely, regardless of the distance from the measurement target. Operation is as simple as aiming the device, pulling the trigger and instantly reading the temperature data (with a rapid response time of approximately 0.5 seconds). This non-contact method ensures safe measurements for hot, hazardous, or challenging to reach materials, effectively preventing contamination or damage.
