The MSD Sector Imager 2400 Microplate Reader offers exceptional sensitivity and a dynamic range of up to six logs, making it an ideal choice for high-throughput screening applications. It efficiently reads plates at approximately 3 ½ minutes per plate, ensuring rapid data acquisition. The SECTOR Imager integrates seamlessly with MSD DISCOVERY WORKBENCH software and supports interaction with third-party external robotic controllers, enhancing automation and workflow efficiency in laboratory settings. It is compatible with both 96- and 384-well MULTI-ARRAY plates as well as 96-well MULTI-SPOT plates with 4, 7, or 10 spots. Signal generation with the Free TAG and PQ Low Control is highly precise, boasting a dynamic range of 106 and a standard deviation dark noise depending on the plate type. The dimensions of the system are 681 x 775 x 861 mm, with a weight of 64 kg, and it includes a PC for streamlined operation.
