Envirco MAC 10 Fan Filter Unit

The Envirco MAC 10 Fan Filter Unit was the industry's first FFU to combine low sound, low energy consumption, and a compact design. Operating at just 51 dBA, the MAC 10 Original Standard (600 mm x 1210 mm) sets one of the lowest noise standards among FFUs. It consumes only 310 watts at 90 fpm, making it more energy-efficient than traditional units and reducing operational costs. With a height of under 330 mm, it maintains a low profile.

The MAC 10 Original includes a built-in filter within the unit housing, necessitating removal from the ceiling grid for filter replacement. The RSR variant features a knife edge/gel seal construction for convenient roomside filter replacement, while the RSRE variant additionally allows roomside replacement of the motor blower and filter.

Featuring low sound, low energy consumption, a low profile, and reduced operating costs, the unit includes a three-speed switch with low, medium, and high settings on all 2 ft x 4 ft models and a solid-state speed controller on 2 ft x 2 ft, 2 ft x 3 ft, and all RSR variants.

It features a forward-curved centrifugal fan and a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) UL900 Filter with 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 Micron. The snap-in prefilter ensures easy maintenance and replacement. The unit's walkable plenum, excluding the prefilter, supports up to 250 lbs. The mill-finished aluminum exterior is tested to IEST recommended standards.
