Description from the supplier

Manufacturer: Implen

Model: NP80 Touch

Description:

The flexible Implen NanoPhotometer™ NP80 UV-Vis spectrophotometer enables cuvette and NanoVolume measurements. It provides complete scan data from 200 to 900 nm for various life science applications such as the quantification of nucleic acids, proteins or cell cultures. The stand-alone design with integrated touchscreen and small footprint makes it ideal for laboratory work.

Disturbing surface tension and evaporation effects are eliminated by compressing the sample. No recalibration is required throughout its lifetime.

This instrument brings extensive capabilities to the lab bench and is designed for the busy lab with multiple users. The large touch screen command center is extremely user-friendly and allows for fast set up of new protocols, as well as modifying and running existing protocols. The monochromator-based optical system allows for precise selection of wavelengths from 200nm to 1000nm, with no filters required. This range makes the SmartReader UV-Vis useful not only for typical ELISA , Bradford Lowry, and turbidity assays but also for more advanced applications such as quantitation of nucleic acids and proteins. The SmartReader UV-Vis can be set for Endpoint, Kinetic and Spectral Scanning assays. The MR9611 is designed for efficient processing of multiple samples and accepts standard 96 well plates, 384 well plates, as well as cuvettes for high density screening. The plate layout interface allows for a quick and intuitive setup of a plate well’s contents. Users can highlight and label multiple wells to save time. The display shows a graphical representation of the plate. Users can label each well as required for: “known standard”, “unknown sample”, “blank well” , “QC Control well”, “positive control”, “negative control”, and “empty”. Controllable plate shaking and incubation allow for optimization of assay results. Theshaking speed can be controlled at different intensities with options for timed and pulsedshaking before a reading, or in between readings when performing a kinetic assay. Thelinear motion efficiently and uniformly mixes all samples in both 96 and 384 well plates.Temperature can be controlled from ambient +5°C up to 45°C, allowing for the processingof enzyme kinetics, and bacterial growth assays. Radwag H315.4.600.H9 Stainless Steel Platform Scale-cover
Radwag H315.4.600.H9 Stainless Steel Platform Scale

Stainless steel platform scale with four sensors No matter where you place the load on the platform, (more) the result will always be correct. This is due to the four sensors built into the platform. You will appreciate this especially when weighing an irregularly shaped object. It has been with us for years, and will stay for a long time to come The LCD display has accompanied us for long years. During this time it has proven its reliability. It guarantees the readability of the result from many angles and is energy efficient. Inner power No access to mains power? Power failure? No problem. Thanks to its internal rechargeable battery, the H315 scale works anyway (up to 7 hours). Power supply is available at an extra charge. As standard, the scale is equipped with a RS232 cable, to which you can connect most of the accessories from our range. Not just weighing But also parts counting, percent weighing, animal weighing and peak hold. The power of H315’s working mods. Do you require fast and repeatable weight measurement under difficult conditions? The H315 scale is made for that! Work as you like The PUE H315 terminal sits on a 3-meter cable that allows you to hang the terminal on the wall. This allows you to arrange your weighing workplace in many ways. The power of steel The use of stainless steel guarantees you a long life for the scale. It is not afraid of contact with moist objects or accidental splashes. The membrane keyboard is another argument in the discussion of the water resistance of this scale. If you need a dual-range scale, we can make one for you at an extra cost.
