The tissue processor of Thermo Scientific typ STP420 is a highly efficient, microprocessor-controlled instrument that automatically prepares tissue samples for laboratory testing, by fixing, dehydrating, clearing, and infiltrating them with paraffin. In this way preparations of tissues are made which have a long shelf life.

This device is able to process 420 tissue cassettes on the same day is provided with a touch screen display.
