Branson CPX3800 Digital Ultrasonic CleanerFeatures - Sweep frequency eliminates standing waves and c (more)reates consistent cavitation throughout the tank. - 40 kHz rugged industrial transducers. - 99-minute digital timer with continuous ultrasonic operation. - Last stored parameters are recalled when unit is turned back on. - Controls are located above and behind the cleaning tank in an easily accessible control tower panel, and raised above the tank to avoid damage from cleaning solutions. - Convenient built-in pour drains are featured on .5- and .75-gallon models. Tank drains with valves are incorporated on models 1.5-gallon and larger. - Plastic body, chemical-resistant. The fully digital control screen allows the user to quickly and effortlessly select control settings, power level, and ultrasonic duration. Bransonic baths completely remove flux and contaminants from such precision parts as PC boards, SMDs, quartz crystals, capacitors, and many others. Branson ultrasonic cleaners can also be used in laboratory applications for cell separation, cell lysing, mixing, emulsifying, sample preparation, and degassing of liquids. Bransonic CPX ultrasonic baths feature digital controls with power tracking capabilities to adjust for light or heavy loads, high/low power control, degassing and sleep mode. The CPX baths offer the following features:Constant activity/power tracking automatically maintains the ultrasonic power by adjusting for changes in liquid level and temperature caused by a light or heavy load. This helps ensure more uniform cleaning and consistent performance, even with multiple users or when bath conditions change. The CPX degassing period can be set up to 99 minutes. Extended degas time periods allow for “beyond cleaning” applications such as sample preparation, which includes degassing liquids, mixing and homogenization, dissolving solids, cell lysing, and dispersion of particles. When cleaning delicate parts, the CPX allows the user to lower the amplitude of the acoustic energy in the bath: 100% power to the tank for normal applications, 70% power for delicate applications. Manipulating the output waveform in this manner greatly helps to avoid damage to the components in the bath during the ultrasonic process. Branson Ultrasonic Cleaner Perforated Tray for 1800 Series

Bransonic accessories are designed to maximize theeffectiveness of your Bransonic baths. It is impor (more)tant that parts do not reston the bottom of the bath, as it can inhibit the ultrasonic activity andpossibly damage the unit. A variety of perforated trays, mesh baskets, beakers, and support racks give you the option of direct or indirect cleaning. All fivemodels come with covers to allow the cleaning bath to heat up more quickly. *Note: Perforated Trays for the 1800, 2800, and 3800 Series have perforated holes running lengthwise toward the bottom; 3 rows only. Direct Cleaning Method - Suspends parts using a perforated tray, mesh basket, or a support rack. - Permits sound waves to penetrate directly to the parts. Indirect Cleaning Method - Suspends parts using a solid tray, or beakers with a beaker cover. - Ideal for cleaning small parts. - Discarded soil cleans easily from a beaker or solid tray. - Indirect method is ideal for sample preparation. Perforated trays, solid insert trays, and wire mesh basketshave built-in handles specially designed to prevent accessories from touchingthe tank bottom. Support racks allow total volume of the tank to be used whilekeeping parts, fixtures, or containers about 1/2" above the tank bottom. Supportracks also are useful as countertop drain racks, holding parts above thecountertop surface. For 1800 Series Ultrasonic Cleaner 1/2 Gallon.

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P2.2000.H1 Beam Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P2.2000.H1 Beam Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
