The VELP OHS 200 Advance Overhead Stirrer is engineered to uphold the highest safety and durability standards in laboratory settings. Featuring built-in safety alarms for overload, temperature, and current, this device ensures sustained performance by halting agitation when necessary. A sophisticated vibration sensor halts operations if the unit destabilizes to maintain system integrity.
Equipped for continuous operation, the OHS 200 Advance is backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty. Optimized for demanding tasks, it can handle viscosities up to 100,000 mPa, with an electronically controlled brushless motor capable of stirring up to 100 liters (H2O) at a maximum torque of 200 Ncm. Its SpeedServo™ torque compensation technology ensures consistent speed despite viscosity shifts, adjustable between 30 to 1300 rpm. The stirrer boasts a powerful brushless motor and microprocessor control for unmatched performance, particularly vital for precise, reproducible analyses.
SmartChuck™ technology simplifies the insertion or removal of stirring rods with one-handed ease and no auxiliary tools. The intuitive 3.5” TFT display provides real-time insights into speed, torque, and temperature, aiding in optimal condition settings. The OHS 200 Advance allows independent operation with its programmable timer, supported by a Pt100 temperature probe for vigilant reaction monitoring. OHS Advance connectivity via Wi-Fi and USB, along with the VELP Ermes cloud platform, facilitates remote monitoring and control, making it ideal for demanding applications in pharmaceutical and biotech labs. ControllerSoft™ software offers USB connectivity for labs without cloud access. Select between two control panel versions, Digital or Advanced, to cater to specific lab requirements. Reliable, easy-to-use tools coupled with intuitive SmartChuck operation ensure comfort and efficiency in handling.
