Product Description
The OHAUS HSMNHS4CAL series offers robust mini hotplates and magnetic stirrers designed to heat and mix up to 1,000ml of water on a 102 x 102mm ceramic plate. Ideal for educational labs and applications necessitating straightforward heating and mixing, these models come with a support rod hook and locking knob for optional accessory attachment. The stirring models incorporate a 38mm PTFE-coated magnetic stir bar for efficient operation.
Available configurations include models capable of heating up to 500°C both fixed and with adjustable temperatures, and stirring from 100 to 1200 rpm. Key applications encompass boiling water, solubilizing buffers and reagents, media preparation, and sample concentration.
Featuring a detachable three-wire cable and plug, the structure is made from durable Valox armor with basic control knobs. Stir models include a 3.8cm stir bar, and fixed temperature models feature an On/Off toggle switch for ease of use.
