Thanks to the 5 series version, Velp renews once again one of their flagship products. RESISTANCE, SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE The plate of the ARE 5 Velp model is IP42 certified and is made of aluminum alloy, with a diameter of 135 mm, which guarantees a homogeneous temperature and optimal heat transfer over the entire surface. Safety circuits and overtemperature protection guarantee complete protection for the operators. Two light indicators inform the user when the heating function is active. Even when the instrument is switched off, an indicator light remains on until the plate temperature drops below 50°C. The plate structure and the insulating disc protect the internal parts and ensure high resistance to the most demanding laboratory environments and applications, for example when working with cold fluids (below 0°C). ARE 5 is designed to last over time and like most Velp products it is guaranteed for 3 years. PRECISE SHAKING ARE 5 is equipped with a powerful brushless motor for daily applications, being able to agitate up to 15 liters (H2O). It is also equipped with SpeedServo™ technology, which allows the speed to be kept constant even when the viscosity of the sample varies. APPLICATIONS ARE 5 is the ideal solution for temperature sensitive applications in many industrial sectors and academic laboratories. Powerful stirring for your lab reactions AREC features state-of-the-art heating plate technology, de (more)signed by VELP, which guarantees temperature homogeneity, thermal efficiency and long-lasting heating performance. You can rely on the AREC for demanding laboratory reactions, stirring volumes up to 15 liters (H2O), from 50 up to 1500 rpm, thanks to the powerful motor and magnetic coupling. The electronic control adapts the stirring speed to any variation in the viscosity of the medium. SAFETY AND EASE OF USE FOR LAB OPERATORS The AREC stirrer with heating plate guarantees a superior level of safety and protection for laboratory operators, as it is entirely made of technopolymer and is equipped with an extremely resistant ceramic plate, ideal for high resistance to acids, bases and solvents . When the plate temperature is above 50°C and the heating function is not active, a safety message is displayed. The control panel is positioned at a safe distance from heat sources and the technopolymer structure is carefully designed so that accidental spills of liquids cannot reach the electronics. The extremely durable ceramic plate is easy to clean and resistant to acids, bases and solvents. Using a damp cloth, all residues will be easily removed.
