The CS120 CHEMISAFE is a high-quality chemical safety cabinet designed for the secure storage of hazardous liquids, fully compliant with European standards including EN61010, EN16121, and CEI 66-5.
Construction and Materials:
- Entirely made from electrogalvanized steel sheet (Skin passat) FE P01, 10/10 mm thick, cold pressed, degreased, epoxy primed, and coated twice with thermosetting powders cured at 200 °C
- Hollow-core reversible doors with safety lock handles
- Monolithic design with leveling feet
- Steel tray shelves (10/10 mm thickness) are adjustable and retain spillage or breakage liquids
- Doors open to 110° allowing shelf extraction without tilting
- Multilingual ISO 3864 standardized safety pictograms highlight hazardous content and storage limits
Vacuum Cleaner with Filter Features:
- CE certified electric extractor with self-extinguishing, antistatic technopolymer case resistant to corrosive agents
- Maximum exhaust flow rate of 325 m³/h
- Top-mounted activated carbon filter for acidic substances with pre-filter, accessible behind key-locked hinged panel for easy replacement
- Protection fuses: 5x20 mm, 1A fast-blow
Supplied Accessories:
- 3 plasticized shelves supporting up to 80 Kg evenly distributed load
Optional Components:
- Additional shelves in plastic-coated steel, stainless steel, or polypropylene for 1- or 2-door cabinets
- Central dividers for 2-door models
- Sliding shelves for 1-door or double-compartment cabinets
- Plinth systems for proper base support
