Key components include 2x PL 10x eyepieces, Zeiss Plan-NEOFLUAR 40x and 63x objectives, a Zeiss FLUAR 100x oil immersion objective, and a Carl Zeiss HAL 100 lamp house. The included reflector turret features six filters, accommodating FITC, TRITC, YFP, CFP, Cy5, and DAPI applications, offering versatile fluorescence detection.
