The Lumencor SOLA Light Engine family offers modern solid-state illumination designed for fluorescence microscopy and life science applications. The system replaces mercury or metal halide lamps with superior reliability and spectral specificity.

- SOLA: White light output excites fluorophores including DAPI, GFP/FITC, YFP, Cy3, mCherry, Cy5
- SOLA FISH: Red-shifted 475–600 nm output optimized for FISH fluorophores such as SpectrumGreen™ and SpectrumRed™
- SOLA V-N and SOLA U-N: Broad spectral coverage (360–760 nm) including near infrared for Cy7, ICG, and enhanced tissue penetration applications
