Product Description
The Planetary Mono Mill PULVERISETTE 6 classic line stands as a high-performance planetary ball mill, featuring a single grinding bowl mount with practical and easily adjustable imbalance compensation. This equipment offers significant ease of use and high-energy impact at speeds of up to 650 rpm, ensuring consistently superior grinding performance. It is engineered to achieve loss-free grinding results while requiring minimal space, making it ideal for comminuting hard, medium-hard, brittle, and moist materials, either dry, in suspension, or within an inert gas environment.
The PULVERISETTE 6 classic line is also perfectly suited for mechanical alloying as well as for mixing and achieving homogeneous emulsions and pastes.
Specifications include a grinding bowl volume of 80 ml, with a useful capacity ranging from 10 to 30 ml. Constructed from agate (SiO2), the grinding bowl offers excellent abrasion resistance, density of 2.65 g/cm³, and a hardness rating between 6.5 to 7 Mohs. The equipment is suitable for processing soft to medium-hard samples and weighs in at 1.550 kg net.
