The Esco AVC-4D1 Laminar Flow Cabinet offers ISO Class 3 air cleanliness within the work zone, adhering to the stringent standards of ISO 14644.1. It features a high-quality polyester pre-filter and an ultra-low penetration air (ULPA) filter that provides an exceptional efficiency of 99.9997% at MPPS and 99.9998% at both 0.3 and 0.12 microns, ensuring superior protection for sensitive products.
The ULPA filter is engineered for extended durability, often exceeding three years based on usage. Its mini-pleat, separatorless design minimizes energy consumption while enhancing uniform laminar airflow, crucial for minimizing product and cross-contamination risk.
The cabinet incorporates an integral metal guard to prevent accidental damage to the filters and comes equipped with a seamless filter gasket that is permanently molded onto the filter frame, ensuring longevity. An aerosol (DOP/PAO) challenge test port is included for validation. The unit's dimensions are 1,240 mm in length, 645 mm in width, and 685 mm in height.
