The item powers on with blowers and both Light & UV working. The blower will only work when the sash is at the correct working height. This is marked on the side of the unit. When it is dropped fully the blower switches off as it should. When it is raised above the mark the windows alarm goes off as it should, until the sash is dropped back to the correct working height. The unit starts up as it should and shows 'low' airflow initially until it builds up to the correct flow. It then raises above the correct flow and the 'HI' alarm sounds. We spoke to a service engineer and they suggested that it will just require calibrating upon installation. It will need commissioning upon installation anyway.
