The Vacuubrand BVC control Aspiration System provides efficient and precise aspiration of supernatants. It features an electronic touch panel for exact adjustment of the vacuum level, ensuring sensitive and reproducible operations. Its chemically resistant diaphragm vacuum pump operates automatically to minimize noise, activating only as needed. The system is offered with two collection flask options. For high chemical resistance, a 2-liter borosilicate glass bottle with a protective coating is available, while larger volumes can be handled with a 4-liter polypropylene bottle, both included. Designed with smooth surfaces, the system is straightforward to clean.
Specifications include a maximum pumping speed of 0.7 m³/h, an ultimate vacuum of 150 mbar, and a control range of 150 – 850 mbar. The system dimensions are 408 x 194 x 500 mm, and it weighs 7.7 kg with a maximum back pressure of 1.1 bar.
