If so, learn about the functionality of the ELLIPSIS series of balances: Ultra-Microbalance UYA The UYA Ultra-Microbalance is designed to meet the demanding requirements for high-precision mass measurement. Each ultra-microbalance has an automatic adjustment that records temperature changes and eliminates indication deviations that result from an unstable working environment. As a result, automatic adjustment improves measurement readability. The ultra-microbalance consists of two components located in separate housings: a weighing terminal and a precision mechanical measuring system. The two-element design of the ultra-microbalance eliminates the risk of temperature changes and mutual vibration transmission. Essential equipment for ultra-micro scales Standard equipment of the ultra-microbalance is an anti-draft chamber, which reduces the influence of air movements and air drafts in weighing rooms on measurement results. The ultra-microbalance is placed inside the chamber, and slidable side doors provide unbounded access to the weighing chamber. All components of the balance are made of glass or aluminum, which eliminates the influence of electrostatic fields. NOTE: for the correct implementation of the weighing process with ultra-microbalances, the following are required: a properly prepared workspace and proper operation of the balance. It is recommended to use antivibration tables with a granite stabilizing plate for ultra-microbalances.
