Reagents kits for DNA fragment library creation using the AB Library Builder are available for purchase separately. These kits require minimal set-up and come with ready to use reagent cartridges for the creation of up to 13 DNA fragment libraries. Oligos, Barcode adaptors, and Agilent AMPure XP beads are also purchased separately.
