A pneumatic mechanism stoppers containers undervacuum on three large adjustable processing shelves, 16.5” x 12” each. AnHCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system and electric heater cool and heat fluidmedium that is circulated through the shelves to maintain shelf temperatureswithin ±1C. Lyo-Works™ OS lets the user set up to 30 programs, with up to 16steps each; record, chart and store data; and receive email alerts. The traydryer connects to a FreeZone Console Freeze Dryer that provides a real timedisplay of the tray dryer’s parameters on a large capacitive touch screen.
