The CS 60 Basic PVC - ChemiSafe Cabinet

Our safety-centric ChemiSafe Cabinet is meticulously constructed from superior quality HD PVC, boasting an impressive thickness of 18 mm. The extractor hood and plinth are made entirely from cold-pressed steel sheets, with a thickness of 1.0 mm, and treated with acid-resistant epoxy powders, applied electrostatically at a temperature of 200°C to ensure a uniform coating of greater than 90 microns across the entire cabinet surface.

The monocoque structure is built on a solid 15/10 mm base with adjustable leveling feet for ultimate durability and ease of setup. A flexible organizational solution, the cabinet features divisions into 2, 3 or 4 separate compartments for organized storage of various types of non-flammable chemicals.

Other functional features include simple hinge-swing doors equipped with a robust key lock, and a generous door opening angle of 110°, promoting hassle-free extraction of shelves and reducing the need for tilting. The cabinet also includes a corrosion-resistant plastic outer zipper for enhanced durability.

The ChemiSafe Cabinet is further equipped with PVC containment shelves, adjustable in height and designed to meet your varying storage requirements efficiently. A connection collar of Ø 125 mm is included, with the option to purchase with or without a suction unit. The cabinet is available in modular configurations for streamlined workspace management, and comes standard with tray shelves.

Safety is a priority, and to this end, the cabinet features standardized pictograms in line with ISO 3864 standards and complies with EN 61010-1 safety standards.

Included are 3 PVC shelves robust enough to carry a maximum load of 40 kg per shelf, given it's evenly distributed.

Optional enhancements such as additional shelves, a timer mechanism, a door-open alert system and enhanced ventilation are also available on request.
