Description by the supplier

The system is inclusive of: a pt100 probe with code A00000268, along with a magnetic stir bar of Ø8x40 mm dimensions, bearing the code A00000356.

Magnetic Stirrer AREC.X 7

Ensuring precision and validity in thermoregulation for enhanced reproducibility, the AREC.X 7 is enriched with advanced heating plate technology. This unique innovation by VELP enables temperature uniformity, thermal efficiency, and consistent heating performance.

It's flexible design allows the AREC.X 7 to be linked with either an external Pt100 probe or the VTF for precise fluid thermoregulation.

The probe offers thermoregulation up to 250°C, featuring an accuracy of ± 1.0°C, while the VTF provides excellent thermoregulation performance of up to 300°C, with a degree of accuracy at ± 0.5°C. Equipped with a timer, the VTF enhances operation efficiency and productivity.

Robust Stirring Capabilities for Laboratory Reactions

The AREC.X 7 is a reliable tool for challenging laboratory reactions, providing stirring capacities for volumes up to 15 liters (H2O), ranging from 50 up to 1500 rpm. This is achieved through its powerful motor and magnetic coupling. The electronic control adjusts the stirring speed to align with any viscosity shifts in the medium.

Guaranteed Safety and Usability for Lab Operators

The AREC.X 7 hotplate stirrer stands out as a safe and protected tool for laboratory operators, being constructed entirely of technopolymer and featuring a highly durable ceramic plate for resistance against acids, bases, and solvents. It indicates a safety message on detection of a platen temperature above 50°C in absence of an active heating function. Furthermore, the control panel is strategically positioned away from heat sources and the technopolymer structure is engineered to prevent accidental liquid spills from reaching the electronics. The resilient ceramic soleplate is also easy to clean and resistive to acids, bases, and solvents. Cleaning is a breeze with the simple use of a damp cloth to remove all residues.

Efficiency with Updated Control Panel

The control panel, featuring a bright, easily readable digital display, allows continual temperature supervision. Also featuring are two user-friendly knobs – left for temperature control (up to 550°C) and right for adjusting stirring speed (up to 1500 rpm). The low profile design ensures easy adaptability on a bench and within a laboratory hood for added convenience.
